IGACtivities Newsletter is issued quarterly, and numbers between 24 - 48 pages. Articles come from all over the world in a variety of formats, with language anomalies frequently embedded. Raw figures arrive in an even wider range of formats and quality. The page count must always add up to a multiple of 8. Finally, downloadable versions must be sized to accommodate dial-up connections in many parts of the world -- a challenge to provide the best quality at the fastest download rate.

After layout in InDesign, the printer in Taipei receives final files, prints the newsletter, and ships it worldwide.
