For this display (right), a total of 21 raw images (below) were combined to create the two panels: 15 for the top panel (Hurricane Katrina), and 6 for the bottom (Hurricane Rita). Flight tracks were enhanced and consideration given to optimize both print and online versions. (Hence and Houze) Click on either image to see a larger version load in new window or tab.
